NICOLE MORRIS:
The Anti-Racist Classroom

One-Page Website + Business Coaching

Nicole was already fielding clients when she decided to take on a branding and offerings journey. Her work as a professor, writer and artist led her through the moment of the 2020 reckoning and landed her with multiple opportunities to guide equity work. She also had a unique methodology: to bring the creative arts to equity learning spaces for students while providing additional coaching and transition support for those in institutions.

One of the keys that can unlock new endeavors is to develop complementary services. We were able to do this by looking at an institution and client base from a 360 degree perspective. By identifying the stakeholders, we were able to enable not only a website, but access points for all potential clients.

We needed to be speedy for this one, as the calls were coming in. This site was completed in about one month, seed to launch.

I chose to work with Nicacelly to build my website because of her reputation of being a thoughtful, detail-oriented web designer skilled in generating concise, yet elegant and multidimensional websites. The tone from our first intake meeting to the website launch was one of deep collaboration, respect, and reflexivity.  Nicole helped me refine my vision and identify the impact I want to have on my clients.  She offered her creative expertise along with branding, messaging, and marketing guidance, all while keeping the project in alignment with my highest ideals.

The entire process, from envisioning sessions to the site launch, was led by Nicole with graceful leadership and thoughtful consideration and collaboration.

I'm overjoyed at the end result.
