Designed for women who comprise a lion share of the industry, the founders began with a website that earned exceptional traffic, and excellent sold-out live women-only industry events. After experiencing this acceleration in the industry and addressing the needs of women in it, the founders took a moment to regroup, redefine, and rebrand.

 

The experience was there, but a cohesive brand look, feel, language, and story had yet to be created. So, that's what we did. We rediscovered and put language to the meaning of what happens when women hold up more than half an industry, and how to create pathways for them to move into leadership. We built the architecture for the brand that communicates their ideas, ideals, goals, and with the right impactful language. And then we tied it off with a more dynamic logo, new colors for each vertical, and established fonts that freshened up the brand experience for their community.
